These terms govern accounts, paid viewing, subscriptions, creator support, reviews, gifts, and group-watch features.

Creating an account or using a paid feature accepts these terms. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms form an agreement with WOWLab. Checkout terms also apply to that transaction. If you disagree, do not use paid features.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Keep details accurate and credentials secure. You must be able to contract where you live; minors need any legally required parent or guardian consent.
3. Service and access
Availability varies by work, region, device, rights, payment, and account status. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and does not transfer ownership.
4. Purchases, subscriptions, and cancellation
Price, currency, billing period, access, and restrictions appear before payment. Cancel before renewal in account controls; future charges stop and access normally continues through the paid period.
5. Refunds and reversals
Digital access is generally final after delivery, except when law requires or WOWLab confirms an error. Refunds, chargebacks, failed payment, or fraud may revoke related access.
6. Acceptable use
Do not bypass controls, share signed links, record or redistribute works, manipulate reviews, scrape data, impersonate, add harmful code, harass, or disrupt. Submissions must be lawful and non-infringing.
7. Intellectual property
Creators keep owned rights and license WOWLab under the Creator Agreement. Users receive only stated viewing rights. Copyright concerns follow the DMCA Policy.
8. Suspension, changes, and responsibility
WOWLab may restrict content, features, accounts, or access for safety, rights, payment, or legal reasons, with notice when practical. Service may be interrupted. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that law does not allow us to limit.
9. Updates, disputes, and contact
Material changes apply from the stated date after appropriate notice. Contact contact@wowlab.ai and identify the account, transaction, or work. Applicable law and mandatory rights determine available courts and remedies.
