WOWLab accepts complete copyright notices and provides a counter-notice process for mistakes or misidentification.
- Send to contact@wowlab.ai
- Identify the work and exact URL
- Include all required statements
Incomplete notices may be delayed. Knowing material misrepresentations may create liability. This is not legal advice.
1. Notice requirements
A written notice must include signature; copyrighted work or representative list; exact location/URL of material; contact details; a good-faith unauthorized-use statement; and a statement under penalty of perjury that it is accurate and you may act for the owner.
2. Delivery
Email contact@wowlab.ai with subject “DMCA Notice”, readable evidence, and every public WOWLab URL. Never send passwords, verification codes, or full payment data.
3. Review and action
WOWLab may request missing information, restrict material, preserve records, and notify the creator. Removal is not a ruling on ownership. Notices may be shared with the creator or as law requires, so omit unrelated sensitive data.
4. Counter-notice
Include signature; removed material and former location; a perjury statement of mistake or misidentification; name, address, phone; and consent to the appropriate U.S. federal court and service from the claimant. Send to contact@wowlab.ai with subject “DMCA Counter-Notice”.
5. Restoration and repeat infringement
A valid counter-notice may be sent to the claimant and material restored after the legal waiting period unless court action is reported. Accounts linked to repeated credible infringement may be suspended or terminated.
6. Misrepresentation and questions
Do not knowingly misrepresent infringement or mistaken removal. Preserve evidence and consider legal advice. Process questions go to contact@wowlab.ai using the relevant subject line.
