Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data WOWLab processes, why, with whom, for how long, and your choices.

WOWLab is responsible for this processing unless a named provider acts independently. We minimize collection and do not sell private viewing histories to creators.

1. Responsibility and contact

WOWLab operates this privacy program. Send questions, rights requests, or complaints to contact@wowlab.ai. Include your account email and request type; never send passwords, codes, or full card data.

2. Data and sources

We process account, creator application, rights, payout, order, subscription, support, Library, playback, review, search, preference, device, security-log, and support-message data received from you and relevant service providers. The payment provider handles full card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to perform contracts, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, support, and improvement where your rights do not override them. Optional processing uses consent where required; consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful use.

4. Sharing

We share what is needed with payment, identity, hosting, video, email, enabled analytics, security, and support providers; authorities or rights holders when required; and protected corporate transactions. Creators receive aggregate operations data, not viewer contacts, full payment data, IPs, or private histories.

5. Retention and protection

Sessions normally expire after 30 days, OAuth state after 10 minutes, checkout coordination after about 30 minutes, and session intents after 10 minutes or session end. Preferences and device IDs remain until cleared; creator drafts until submitted, discarded, or cleared. Transaction, rights, fraud, tax, and accounting records remain as law and legitimate recordkeeping require. We use access controls, audits, restricted secrets, and encryption in transit.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use adequacy decisions, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism. Ask contact@wowlab.ai for relevant safeguard information.

7. Rights, children, and complaints

Depending on location, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, applicable opt-outs, or appeal through contact@wowlab.ai; we may verify identity. WOWLab is not directed to children unable to consent legally. We do not currently make solely automated decisions with legal or similar significant effects. You may complain to your local regulator.
