This agreement governs onboarding, publishing rights, review, commercial terms, payouts, and removal of works.
- Creators keep owned rights
- Declare rights and AI use
- Commercial terms appear before acceptance
Project or payout terms shown in Studio become part of this agreement when accepted. Save a copy.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You need authority to agree and must provide accurate identity, work history, tax, payout, and contact details. Access may be approved, paused, or revoked if requirements are unmet.
2. Rights and ownership
You retain owned rights and must hold sufficient rights for every work, script, image, performance, voice, likeness, trademark, music, clip, promotion, and AI-assisted output, with evidence.
3. License to WOWLab
You grant a non-exclusive worldwide license to host, encode, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, promote, translate metadata, and monetize approved content, sublicensable only to needed providers. It lasts while available plus the limited period needed for prior purchases, backups, disputes, and law.
4. Rights clearance and AI
Disclose third-party rights, territory/time limits, releases, guild duties, and material generative-AI use. Do not submit copied, confusing, or unlawfully trained content. WOWLab may request evidence or labels.
5. Standards and review
Content must be lawful and non-infringing and follow WOWLab policies. Submission does not guarantee publication; WOWLab may request changes, restrict, reject, pause, or remove content.
6. Commercial terms and payouts
Before acceptance, Studio shows revenue share, currency, platform/processing fees, payout schedule, minimum, and project promotion or exclusivity. Server ledgers control calculations. Keep tax and payout information current; you are responsible for taxes unless withholding is required.
7. Adjustments and removal
Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, taxes, reserves, fees, and corrections may reduce balances. Removal requests remain subject to active terms, disputes, law, and prior purchasers' access. Rights needed for transactions, accounting, enforcement, and law survive.
8. Responsibility and contact
You confirm submissions comply and do not violate third-party rights. To the extent allowed, you are responsible for losses caused by breach or unlawful content. Send agreement, rights, statement, or payout disputes to contact@wowlab.ai. Applicable law and mandatory rights determine remedies.
